Every consultation is reviewed and handled by a registered South African medical doctor. If we cannot assist you digitally we will issue a refund immediately. If the doctor requests pathology or blood tests, the request form will be sent to your email address, not WhatsApp.

What happens next

Our doctors reply with next steps once your information is reviewed.

A doctor reviews your symptoms, history, and pharmacy details.
If your ID number is registered under a Script Me affiliated company, your consultation is fully covered. If not, a consultation fee of R320 will apply.
The doctor sends a message or a signed prescription to your pharmacy (depending on what you need).

Doctor-led – Online consultations are handled by HPCSA-registered doctors linked to FM Med.

Sick notes – Certificates are only provided after clinical assessment; requesting one does not guarantee approval.

Easy pharmacy routing – We email the signed script to your selected pharmacy or an email you provide.

Blood request forms - Pathology and blood request forms are sent to the patient's email address only.
